If a formal appeal to the Board of Education does not satisfy your concerns, you may apply for a review by a Superintendent of Achievement. To qualify for a formal review, the dispute must:
bullet have been heard by the Board of Education;
bullet be about a decision made by an employee of a Board of Education;
bullet significantly affect the education, health or safety of a student; and
bullet fall within the allowable grounds as listed in the Regulation.
